(Video) Jack Lew won't say if chief counsel has been asked about IRS Tea Party scandal

Just now I watched aghast on Fox News Sunday as Obama's treasury secretary, Jack Lew, refused to say if he has spoken with the chief counsel of the IRS, William Wilkins, about the targeting of conservative groups by the tax agency.

The IRS outrage is one of those "phony scandals" Obama referred to in his Galesburg speech.
