It has been 442 days since Quinn said he was "put on earth" to fix Illinois pensions

Pat Quinn is not really Superman
Time marches on, totally disrespectful of Pat Quinn's April 20, 2012 declaration that he was "put on earth" to fix Illinois' public pensions, which are underfunded by $100 billion.

The latest action by Quinn, also known as Kal-El, was to do what Democrats do best--form a committee to find a solution. Somewhat out of character, the usually wishy-washy Chicagoan gave that committee a deadline--July 9--to save Illinois.

Wait, wasn't that Quinn's job?

But the chairman of Quinn's committee says they won't be able to meet Kal-El's demand.

Whoever sent Quinn here--needs to take him back. Now.
