Chicago ice age: Coldest July weekend in three decades

Whatever happened to global warming?

From WGN-TV's Tom Skilling:
Temperatures will struggle to get out of the 60s Saturday and Sunday, in what may be the coldest July weekend since 1984.

A pool of cool air across a large swath of the Midwest sets the stage for a good deal of cloudiness here. Showers and thunderstorms are expected Friday afternoon as the cold front approaches. Rainfall is likely to impact up to 60 percent of the Chicago area.
