(Photo) Classic car: 1972 Honda Z600

The first Honda cars sold in the United States, the Z600, were sold at the Japanese manufacturer's motorcycle dealerships. The number refers to the size of its engine, 600cc. That engine had two-cylinders and motored along at 36 horsepower.

The first Z600s arrived in America in 1969. Pictured is a 1972 model, a hatchback coupe.
