Marathon Pundit: (Video) Scott Walker interview at the Reagan Library

Last week Wisconsin's reform governor, Scott Walker, spoke at the Ronald Reagan Library in Simi Valley, California. He also sat down for an interview. After mentioning that there are now 30 Republican governors in the nation, Walker used that as an opportunity to quote something the Gipper said in his first inaugural address. "The federal government did not create the states, the states created the federal government."
