The cuts, if carried through, will leave us, West says, "with the smallest ground force since 1940, the smallest navy since 1915, and our smallest tactical fighter force in the history of the United States Air Force."
The House is working to stop these cuts. Obama, who punted his decision until after the election, and his fellow Democrats are doing nothing.
