(Video) Rahm: Obama deserves incomplete grade

Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, President Obama's first chief-of-staff, agrees with his old boss' self-grade of "incomplete," calling it a "proper grade," as you will see here.

"I think it would be a true statement which is until the middle class feels like their economic security is where it should be, the president should have an incomplete, in the sense of being able to afford a college education, save for retirement, afford healthcare, own a home and have the security of their jobs and the skills to grow and maintain a middle class life," Emanuel told NBC.

Emanuel, a former investment banker, knows a lot about business. Imagine if he was asked if a CEO--after nearly four years on the job--graded himself as incomplete. Would Rahm want to keep him in charge?
