Loudon Wainwright III: Bicentennial

Loudon Wainwright III, best known as Rufus' dad and his appearances M*A*S*H, recorded a a song called "Bicentennial," appropriately enough, in 1976.

In his unique way Wainwright salutes America, declaring George Washington and Abraham Lincoln wonderful--as well as Jack Ruby and "Oklahoma's strange panhandle."
