Nearly $100,000 spent for police overtime costs on Occupy Albany

Here is another example of taxpayer money going to waste thanks to the Occupy movement. Mental Recession is reporting that nearly $100,000 has been spent on overtime by the New York State Police so they could keep an eye on Occupy Albany. Which was necessary, 86 of them--some more than once--were arrested last fall.

What is left of Occupy is screaming for more money for schools. Imagine all of the textbooks that could have been purchased for that amount of cash in the state of New York.
