Video: Department of Energy official won't comment on the over 300 ongoing criminal investigations

While testifying in front of a House Committee today, Gregory H. Friedman, the inspector general for the Department of Energy, refused to comment on what he said were "between 300 and 350 potential criminal investigation" currently underway within the DOE.

I assume the botched Solyndra loans are among those investigations.
