Marathon Pundit: Occupy occtrocities: Abolish capitalism edition

Big Government leads today's occtrocities with its exclusive report on the radical Service Employees International Union and its scheming to abolish capitalism. SEIU is the nation's second largest public employee union. That's something to think about while you wait in line at the DMV.

During the 2008 presidential campaign, President Obama vowed to "paint the nation SEIU purple."

Closer to home--for me--is a story about the Chicago Teachers Union involvement in the G8 NATO Summit protests in May. Those demonstrations may turn into riots.

While a number of decisions led the Marathon Pundit family to leave Chicago for the suburbs in 1999, there was a sense of urgency as we did not want to send Little Marathon Pundit to a Chicago public school.
