Jobless rate still at 8.3 percent, White House promised it wouldn't exceed 8.0

The February unemployment rate remains at 8.3 percent. There were 227,000 jobs added last month, which is good. But once again I have to point out that the Obama administration vowed that the jobless rate would not exceed 8 percent when it was selling its stimulus bill.

Fox News' Stuart Varney says this is "the weakest recovery from any recession since the Great Depression."
