From Legal Insurrection: ObamaCare oral argument – Day 1

As you are undoubtedly aware, the first day of oral arguments about ObamaCare are taking place today at the US Supreme Court. I'm not going to pretend to be a legal expert, so I will defer to Professor William A. Jacobson, who writes the Legal Insurrection blog and also serves on the faculty at Cornell University's law school.
