Weekly GOP address with Bobby Schilling on jobs

Rep. Bobby Schilling (R-IL) is a pizzeria owner from the Quad Cities area. His son still is unaccustomed to seeing him wearing a suit and a tie instead of being enmeshed with pizza ingredients. "But when I look at things like the stimulus policies coming from the White House," Schilling explains, "I think the folks there could use a few weeks wearing flour and pizza dough--they need to understand the American small business owner."

Schilling touts the benefits of the House Republicans' Plan for America's Job Creators--which the Democratic Senate has tabled. The businessman mentions that Illinois' unemployment rate is now 10 percent.
