Oops, he didn't say it again: No mention of victory in Obama's Iraq announcement

President Obama has an aversion to the word "victory" in regards to his country and the military he commands.

About an hour ago President Obama announced, "After nearly nine years, America's war in Iraq will be over." He didn't say victory. Although the removal of Saddam Hussein from power and the establishment of a fledgling democracy in the Middle East--where free nations are rare--adds up to

Iraq's rape rooms are gone. Political opponents aren't being stuffed into industrial shredders.

"As a candidate for president, I pledged to bring the war in Iraq to a responsible end," said the perpetual campaigner.

He just can't say "victory."

Obama is still fighting the neocolonial war against the nation he leads.

Shameful.
