Tonight's EPA overreach

President Obama's meddlesome Environmental Protection Agency is going as far proposing banning over-the-counter asthma inhalers--which will compel asthmatics to relieve their suffering with prescription-only inhalers. Of course if ObamaCare kicks in, it could takes weeks for them to see a doctor. Or longer.

What else is new in EPA land? The Tatler blog reports that even other government agencies are worried about it: EPA's extreme rulemaking even worries other agencies.

While wreaking havoc with job creation, the EPA is showing that it does care. For its growing army to fight its War on Prosperity, it may need to hire 230,000 nitpicking bureaucrats.

Obama promised "transformational change." We got it.
