CNN reporter asks Jay Carney about Obama: "Will he match his rhetoric with any action?"

So far no one has introduced President Obama's American Jobs Act. Harry Reid (D-NV), wants to work on a bill addressing Chinese currency manipulation first.

In a White House press briefing, CNN correspondent Jessica Yellen tells Carney, "It would seem the president's being a little cute with his audiences." He is. When he says "Pass this bill," Obama really just needs to give Reid a call if he wants Congress to move on it.

Here's Yellen's big money question about the president: "Will he match his rhetoric with any action?"

Carney later goes on to blame two of the administration's favorite villains: "cynicism" and "dysfunction."
