Curt Mercadante reaches Lincoln, IL on Route 66

My conservative travel-blogger kindred spirit Curt Mercadante continues his Illinois Route 66 adventure, the town of Lincoln is his latest stop. Logan County's seat is the only town named for Honest Abe before he was president.

Meanwhile, My latest Ronald Reagan Trail post, covering Fulton, can be found here. The Lincoln Highway figures into this one.
