Boehner suspends voting on his debt-ceiling bill

It's been 821 days since the Democratic-controlled Senate has passed a budget. President Obama doesn't have a plan to deal with raising the debt-ceiling limit.

Last night Speaker of the House John Boehner canceled a vote on his plan--apparently he doesn't have enough votes to pass his legislation.

But he has a plan.

The House of Representatives could still vote on it today.
