Cass Sunstein, President Obama's regulations czar, told a group on Capitol Hill today--with a straight face, presumably--that the Bush administration was worse in regards to burdensome business regulations.
Meanwhile, former National Labor Relations Board Chairman Peter Schaumber, appears in a YouTube video where he derides the "extreme politicization of the board under the current administration." The creators of the NLRB in the 1930s envisioned an impartial board. Schaumber singles out the "small-ball" incrementalization approach organizing minuscule units of workers in order to gain a foothold in workplaces, albeit fragmented ones.
That's bad for business and bad for workers.
