Obama campaign promise kept: Energy prices higher

President Obama hasn't fulfilled some key campaign promises. I'm glad that the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility is still open--Obama wanted to close it. And I'm pleased the Bush tax cuts remain in place--Obama pledged to end them.

But Obama said he would raise energy costs.

Promise kept.



Have you checked the price of gasoline lately?

We need to drill here, drill now, and pay less.
