Obama admin taxing by the mile proposal enough to drive you crazy

The imperiousness of the Obama administration knows no bounds. Which is why I want to revisit the White House proposal (which they are backing away from) to tax cars by the mile. Let's say your mother lives 100 miles away--Mother's Day is Sunday--would you want to be taxed as you travel to see her?
