The Hill: Barbour not running for prez

The Hill isn't providing details, but it is reporting that Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour has decided not to run for president.

    You know I saw him on C-Span not long ago talking to people in New Hampshire. I almost wonder what's the point if you're not going to jump into the race as he apparently chose to do. He will not travel that "Road to the White House".
