Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) was already looking at a tough reelection last year. Then
Politico revealed that she was billing taxpayers for air travel used for political purposes. Which led the National Republican Senatorial Committee to produce this video:
And it turns out the McCaskill owes
$287,273 in property taxes to St. Louis County. But she will pay the taxes--which go back to 2007.
And sell the plane.
