Libyan conflict: "French fighter jets are leading the attack"

The United Nations attack on Libya has begun. It's a different kind of war--NPR's coverage of it began with "French fighter jets are leading the attack." And President Obama announced our participation in the action--which for now consists of missile attacks--while vacationing in Rio de Janiero. Obama says American ground troops won't be part of the attack. Bill Clinton ruled out "boots on the ground" in the Kosovo conflict. It's a Democrat thing.

Hey Dems: Never let enemies know what methods of assault you won't use. Make the other side guess...make them fret. The fear of what might happen can be quite disabling.
