Madison state senator denies there is a budget crisis in Wisconsin

Democratic State Sen. Mark Miller represents part of Madison, Wisconsin, one of the most liberal cities in the nation. He's one of the AWOL legislators in America's Dairyland. And Miller is in denial about his state--which has a $3.6 billion deficit. But when asked by MSNBC's Ed Schultz if there was a budget crisis there, Miller replied, "No. There is no budget crisis in Wisconsin."
