IL state rep proposes taxing fleebagging Indiana and Wisconsin legislators

Noting that Illinois already taxes performing actors and athletes, a Republican Illinois state representative from McHenry County will introduce a bill that will tax "visiting" legislators, such as the "fleebagging" Democrats from Indiana and Wisconsin, reports Cal Skinner.

Sadly, with the Democrats controlling both house of the General Assembly--and public-sector union sycophant Pat Quinn in the executive mansion, that legislation won't go anywhere.

But it's pretty funny.

Some of these Wisconsin "public servants" are holed up in Harvard, which is in McHenry.
