Dan Rutherford at the Illinois GOP Reagan banquet

The last speaker at Saturday's Illinois Republican Party Reagan Birthday Banquet was state Treasurer Dan Rutherford. He have an impassioned speech about the need for the state GOP to reach out and expand its base.
