ObamaCare forcing insurance costs up in California

Sure, it's only a single-digit increase in health insurance costs caused by ObamaCare, but once again we have another example, this time from California, of people having to pay more.

ObamaCare was supposed to make health insurance cheaper. Do you remember how the Dems demonized insurance companies when they rammed that hideous bill down our throats? They're quiet now.

Changes in state law are forcing bring up the price as well.
