Visions of sugar plums are dancing in the heads of children around the world--along with perhaps reindeer.

English Russia takes a look at Siberia's Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area. While there are no dancing reindeer, there is a photograph of a man leading a team of reindeer in a race.
