Rahm's tenant considering mayoral run

Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is running for mayor, although there are some doubts in regards to whether he is a legal resident of the city.

Adding to the drama is Rob Halpin, who is renting out Emanuel's North Side home.

The Chicago Tribune's John Kass is reporting that Halpin, whose residency status is not in doubt, is considering a run for mayor as well.
