Food stamps cut to pay for states' bailout

Yesterday President Obama signed into law a $26 billion bailout bill for states, which is really a payoff for teacher's unions, one of the most loyal Democratic constituencies.

But to help pay for that bill, $12 billion was cut from the food stamp program.

Hope and change, baby.
