If you want to blow into one of those World Cup vuvuzelas, then head to 121 N. LaSalle Street--Chicago's City Hall. Walmart wants to bring thousands of jobs to Chicago, but I suspect not all of the city's alderman are on board.The Vuvuzela party runs today from 11:30am and 1:30pm.
