Kagan and the 2nd Amendment: "I've never really considered that question"

Because of a recent spell of very long hours at my real job, I haven't been able to keep up with the Elena Kagan Supreme Court hearings. It's to do some catching up.

Based upon her dodgy testimony on guns and the 2nd Amendment yesterday, I think Kagan would be a fine addition...to the Democratic caucus of the United States Senate.



"I've never really considered that question." And she's the former dean of Harvard's law school.
