Barack Obama's 2012 campaign has returned to Morton Grove--where I live. This sign, which is touting Obama's policies, has been rudely placed on the front lawn of a condominium complex on Lincoln Avenue, just west of Lehigh.Each sign costs $300. More change that I can't believe in.
