Chicago's CBS and NBC stations have preempted regular programming and our covering the buildup to the this afternoon's vote to decide which city--Chicago, Rio de Janiero, Madrid, or Tokyo--will host the 2016 Olympics.But the games aren't bigger than Oprah. ABC 7 is sticking with the talk show queen this morning.
Fox is airing "Good Day Chicago," but the show is all-Olymics-all-the-time.
