Rep. Melissa Bean (D-IL) will hold what was once billed as a town hall--with $25 admission, tomorrow in Kildeer.Bean's only town hall was a bizarre conference call.
In short--she's ducking her constituents.
There will be be a protest against Bean tomorrow, here are the details:
