The decline and fall of Obama's popularity

Pride [goeth] before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
Proverbs 16:18

ABC News' Jack Tapper, one of the best mainstream mainstream media reporters--admittedly the field is weak--reports on the decline and fall of Barack Obama's popularity.

Currently at 50 percent job approval in the daily Gallup poll, if President Obama’s ratings dip any lower before November, it would be the second-fastest drop of an elected president to below majority approval since World War II, behind only President Bill Clinton.

Bill Clinton and the Democrats suffered a terrible midterm election in 1994, losing both houses of Congress.
