Blogging from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan.
Sometimes when it comes to photography, luck figures in. Such as it was earlier today when I spotted a pair of sandhill cranes--who mate for life--strolling along the roadside just outside Seney National Wildlife Refuge in Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
I just spotted a mated pair of sandhill cranes in the cornfield next to our home. I couldn't figure out what they were. From a distance they looked like emus. Never seen the sandhill cranes in this area.
ReplyDeleteThey were seen in the Millburg area. Southwest Lower Michigan.
