National energy tax pushed into fall

The Democrats' national energy tax bill, better known as the global warming bill or cap-and-trade, has been shoved into the cooler days of autumn--the Dems don't have the votes right not to pass it.

Speaking of global warming, on Wednesday Chicago experienced its coolest July 8 in 118 years--the high was just 65 degrees.
