Unemployment rate highest in 25 years

My mind races back to February and Barack Obama's hurry-up offense to get the stimulus bill passed into law. "The czar of all the czars" said that the economic situation was so dire that we had to have this legislation enacted--even though most congressmen hadn't read the bill.

May's unemployment figures were released this morning, although layoffs have slowed, the unemployment rate is now 9.4 percent--the highest in 25 years.

But while president-elect, Obama promised that he would "save or create" 3 million jobs.

I'm waiting for the lap-dog mainstream media to confront Obama on that one.
