House Democrats, and a few RINOs--Republicans in Name Only--passed Barack Obama's energy tax--better known as cap-and-tax, passed. The vote was 219-212.

The Senate poses a new hurdle for "cap and tax."

    I can't find the names of the RINO's who voted for it (or the Democrats for that matter); are you aware of anywhere we can find them?
