William Grech had to wait five days for test results to confirm he had (Swine Flu) before being given the antiviral drug Tamiflu.
The businessman had complained of feeling unwell after traveling to Turkey.
But as it's not a high-risk country new Health Protection Agency guidelines meant he fell into a lower-risk category.
He then had to wait five days for the results to come back – longer than the usual 48 hours – before he could get treatment.
