Sebelius shakeout: Kansas coal plant to move forward

For two years former Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius fought the construction of coal-fired plant in southwestern Kansass.

She's been Health and Human Services Secretary for just a couple of weeks, and already her absence is being felt. A smaller version of that plant will be built. The Kansas legislature has passed legislation approving the 895-megawatt plant, and Sebelius' successor, Mark Parkinson, is expected to sign the bill.

It's a win for coal, and for Kansans who use electricity.
