General Motors, a Fortune 10 company, is not too big to fail. On Monday, six months later than it should have, the Detroit-based automaker will file for bankruptcy protection on Monday, the Fox Business Network is reporting this morning.Before that filing, Government Motors CEO Barack Obama will provide details as to what will come next.
