Will Biden be Obama's point man on card check?

The Plum Line reports that Vice President Joe Biden will address the AFL-CIO convention in Miami on Thursday. Which leads inquiring minds to wonder if Biden will be the Obama administration's point man on the Employee Free Choice Act, colloquially known as "card check."

If that ends up being the case, it will be amidst great irony. Until Biden was sworn in as veep, he was a six-term senator. Which means he may not have an idea of what real work is.
