Frank Melton, "The Worst Mayor in America," announces reelection run

Frank Melton of Jackson, Mississippi, who Reason Magazine dubbed the "The Worst Mayor in America," announced today he is running for reelection today.

Melton will face at least nine challengers in the May Democratic primary. He'll have at least nine challengers--which could dilute the opposition vote and ease Melton to victory.
