David Harsanyi on the unstimulating stimulus

Hey, I've been studying critiques of Barack Obama's so-called stimulus bill, and the winner of the most succinct stimulus debunkment (Is that a word?) goes to David Harsanyi of the Denver Post:

But the most important question we should be asking is non-mathematical: How many times has reckless spending in Washington made government more productive, responsive or moral?

I'm not sure what the formula is on that one, but the answer is zero.

Like myself, Harsanyi is math-challenged, but here is my stimulus formula: Government spending plus more government spending equals less than zero.
