Cook Political Report rates Illinois US Senate seat a toss-up in 2010

The fallout from the Rod Blagojevich scandals continues to damage the Democratic Party in this (for now) deep blue state.

The Cook Political Report now rates the race for the Illinois US Senate seat a toss-up.
