About that Burris Senate "paperwork" fiasco

Later today Roland Burris will be sworn-in as Illinois' next US Senator.

Meanwhile, Professor William A. Jacobson of Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion has some questions about the new paperwork regarding Roland Burris' appointment.
